What are we doing?
Yoga for everyone
I am passionate about promoting health, vitality and well being through yoga, but in a light hearted, balanced and fun way. I teach yoga for EVERYONE! No ego. No competition. No matter what your fitness level, age, status or body shape.
My classes are open to everybody. I have experience in giving varying options depending on experience and contraindications, to allow the whole community to flow together – if you can breathe, you can enjoy!!
Vinyasa flow yoga
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Vinyasa means “to place with special awareness and intention.” Flow suggests movement that is continuous, smooth and unbroken. Vinyasa Flow is a popular form of modern yoga that draws from traditions including Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, as well as martial arts and dance. While class pace, style and intensity vary, the emphasis is placed on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences. Short meditations and breathing techniques are also included in my vinyasa classes.
Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, a state of conscious deep sleep, is a simple yet profound technique that unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness. There is no way to do this wrong! I make sure you are totally comfortable and supported and then gently guide you through different visualisations, stories and mindful practices. It is said to be equivalent of 4 hours sleep.
